• Belly Casting
  This is the process of taking a mold from the soon to be mom’s belly and cast it
  into a 3D piece of art. At Transitions, casting is a fun and memorable experience.
                    
• Baby Casting
  Is the same process as above but with the newborns as models, Lidia casts their hands, feet and bottoms with fast setting natural products.
  
  
• Birth Doula Services
  As a professional caregiver, Lidia can help expecting couples prepare themselves and guide them during birth. She accompanies them to their place of birth, offers coaching and support, help them get education and confidence, and help them make healthy decisions for themselves and their child.
  
  
• Birth Preparation Classes and Consultations
  Consultations can be given for expecting parents one on one or in group to educate them and show them techniques and resources in order for them to fully prepare for their upcoming birth.
  
  
• Postpartum Doula Service
  As a postpartum Doula, Lidia assists new families with baby care, housekeeping, feeding and general family adjustment.
  
  
• Midwife assistance
  As a midwife assistant, Lidia can perform limited tests such a taking vitals etc. under the supervision of a licensed midwife. She gives her assistance with medical or natural interventions for either mom or baby. She follows instructions of the midwife and assists her with any thing she might need from her. Lidia had her midwife assistance training with some of the most important midwifes in The Unites States on The Farm in Summertown, Tennessee.
